Fast Shield Packaging Limited is a long-established London/Kent based company, specialising in expanded polystyrene and other industrial and technical foams. Our manufacturing processes include bespoke packaging, hot-wire cutting, sculpturing, lettering, spheres, flocking and paint finishes for a range of industries and market sectors. We operate our own transport across the UK and our location provides us with easy access to the motorway network and is just 10 miles from the city of London.
Our main business has been in the expanded polystyrene industry for over 21 years. Using our wealth of knowledge and experience we are able to fabricate innovative and creative solutions for a variety of customer requirements. Fast Shield Packaging has grown out of a willingness to innovate and provide specialist foams solutions. The company continues to grow through excellent recommendations.
Our client base is long and varied but our vision is the same no matter who you are. Every client receives the same customer service and attention to detail. We aim to respond to every enquiry within 4 hours. We work with clients and via a range of agencies who trust us time and time again to deliver within specific deadlines.
Fast Shield Packaging is committed to using expanded polystyrene as efficiently as possible. We collect from a number of our clients’ polystyrene waste and also send 100% of our waste to recycling depots. These are compacted to produce “bricks” which are then used to produce garden furniture, picture frames, roof tiles and various other plastic products, thus saving on valuable natural resources.
Our Directors are well known for their philanthropy and charitable principles. They believe that those who are more fortunate in life have a duty to give to those who have less than them or are suffering in some way. This concept is fundamental to Fast Shield Packaging, which the Directors set up from the start of the company.
To date, the company has supported many causes such as: Children with Cancer, Brain Tumour Charity, Neuroblastoma Children’s Cancer, Beating Bowel Cancer, Just4children, Raleigh International, Patrick Evans Foundation, British Heart Foundation, Greenwich and Bexley Hospice, Knight’s of St. Columba and Mary’s Meals.
